After tasting hundreds of hot sauces and still feeling something was missing, we set out to learn what truly makes flavor unforgettable.
We spent over three years exploring diverse cultures, studying spice blends, and experiencing how different regions bring heat and balance to their food. From smoky street grills to traditional kitchens, we found inspiration in every corner of the world.
That journey led us back home to Toronto, where we decided to strip hot sauce down to its roots, earthy, bold, and made the traditional way.
We committed to cooking in small batches, using as simple ingredients as possible, and letting rich flavor take the spotlight.
