At Heavenly Hell, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned in their original condition unopened and any clothing should be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and free from any signs of use such as makeup marks, deodorant stains, fragrances, pet hair, or cigarette odor. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return:
Contact us at contact@heavenlyhell.ca to initiate your return request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is accepted. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
Return Address:
Returns and address will be communicated through email after confirming the return.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@heavenlyhell.ca so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Custom and personalized products are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
For faster service, follow a similar approach as the refund process. Contact us at contact@heavenlyhell.ca request an exchange. Once your request is accepted, send the product to the provided address in its original packaging with no damage. Customers will bear the shipping cost if the exchange is due to a change of mind.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be in original condition as specified above.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
